HEALTHY Chocholate Chip Cookies!

 Yep, you just read that right! HEALTHY Chocolate Chip cookies! No Flour, no butter, no sugar, no egg!!

When I was training for my fitness show and really craving sweets this was a great alternative from pigging out on something I would regret 5 minutes later. I loved them, like heaven in my mouth when being on a clean eating strike for 12 weeks. My husband on the other hand said they tasted like a "Good Healthy Cookie". Sooooo try it out and tell me what you think?

What you will need:

3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (or more!)

Next, mash up the bananas.

Combined oats, bananas, apple sauce, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl. Once they are mixed well stir in chocolate chips.

Let it sit for about 15 minutes then place on an ungreased cooking sheet. 

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (depending on cookie size) or until golden brown.

And you have yourself a healthy treat!! 


  1. if you want them to have more of a consistency of a cookie- you can put the oats in a magic bullet/blender and grind them up to make it into oat flour! Tastes sooo good!
