NPC Update: Two Weeks Out!

Wow! I have been so busy lately it has been hard to keep up with the blog!

Tons has happened since I last left off. We took the kids on a Disney Cruise which was a total blast! (I will have a full blog post on that soon!) Then I had to go to Vegas for work for a week. Let me be the first to tell you, training for a show while out of town is hard (especially on a cruise). Vegas wasn't too bad because I turned my carry on suit case into a mini cooler and literally brought my food for the week with me! Working out during both of the trips wasn't too much of a challenge either. I enjoy working out, running in the mornings is me time & a huge stress reliever for my busy schedule. When I left for my cruise I told my trainer up front that there would be times I would cheat on my meal plans & I did. When there is Mickey Mouse Chocolate dipped Ice Cream, you don't say no. You eat it and run a little extra cardio ;)
This show has been a lot harder to train for then my last show and I can not really pin point why. The sugar/carb cravings are unreal some days. It takes all of my will power to say no!!

Here we are 2 weeks away from my show. Yes, I'm freaking out. I get SUPER nervous! But I am really proud of how far I have come! My quads are growing fast, which is awesome! Here are this weeks updates. Hopefully I can keep up with blogging throughout the next two weeks to keep you all updated. :)
