Here we are one week out from the show! And I am SO ready for it to be here! This last week was pretty intense! I was on 2 hours of cardio with 1 1/2 hours of weights A DAY! Yes, I was in the gym for 3 and 1/2 hours a day, which seemed like so much for me! This week is peak week and training isn't as intense & I get to eat even more food! So this week should go by pretty smoothly.
Here are my updates:
Weight: 115 .... WHAT?? I have lost 11 pounds so far which is crazy!!
I also went to a body fat pod this week to get my body fat tested. I am at 15% right now, I am hoping to drop another 1-2% before the show. Then I will gain it back because I don't want to be below the 15% body fat mark.
