Cantaloupoe Green Smoothie & Inner Thigh Workout

Cantaloupe & Banana Green Smoothie
  • 2 cups Spinach 
  • 1 Banana 
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe 
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla 
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein 
  •   1 Scoop Sprouted Flax, Chia & Broccoli
    (Seriously, LOVE my Sprouted Flax, Chia & Broccoli!! There is over 5,000mg of Omegas per serving! FYI: Omega Essential Fatty Acids are "essential" because our bodies do not produce them--we must get them from food on a regular basis. So using this supplement is a great way to make sure you get them!)

Inner Thigh Workout- 15 reps, 5 sets!
