Sweet Green Smoothie

 It's been a minute since I have posted a green smoothie recipe! This one is a little sweeter so I think of it as a kid friendly recipe!
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt 
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries 
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop GSG Flax, Chia & Sprouted Broccoli

  1. Most green drinks put exact amounts of each ingredient so I know how to compare and choose what is best for me. The Green supplements I’m taking - I'm just hoping that it's better.

  2. I've been looking for some great smoothie recipe lately so this is so awesome! Thanks for posting this! I'm trying to stay within my healthy weight range to stay away from diabetes and become more energetic. I think fruits and veggies provide lots of minerals that keep our body strong. My friend recently took my advice to stay fit and begun the 3 Day Military diet last week. I'm so happy that she lost a lot of weight and we're celebrating by enrolling in a Zumba class next week!
