I read somewhere that reaching your weight loss goals is about 80% diet, 20% exercise. I used to not believe it.... until I had a goal and tried it. If you would like extremely slow results I recommend trying out the just exercise thing. If you want to see some serious results, take a look at what your eating.
Every week I have a check in with my coach to track my progress and every week I have to explain to my coach why I cheated on my meal plan. Cheating on my meal plan doesn't mean eating a huge cheat meal when I'm not suppose to (well... sometimes), it can even be just having a few little bites or not measuring out my portions. I know that one of the main reasons I didn't place where I wanted in my last show was because of my diet and lack of meal planning. So I have been trying SO hard to follow my meal plan exactly! I tried out another local meal prep company not too long ago and I was very unsatisfied with the meals.
